Thank you for checking in! The Arkansas medical team leadership was debriefed today. They served last week at a medical clinic arranged by the Florida Baptist Convention and El Shaddai orphanage in the outskirts of Port Au Prince. Because of flight problems, they were forced to come back a day early, but were still able to see 163 patients. There were four professions of faith!

We are working diligently to find avenues of service for Arkansas Baptists. Another Arkansas team leaves for the Dominican Republic and Haiti this Friday. Please pray for the team and God’s direction.

Three Arkansas churches have reported that they are working together to send in a medical team next week. Pray that commercial flights will cooperate for FBC Rogers, 2nd BC Conway, and Central BC, Jonesboro.

On Tuesday, IMB, NAMB and Florida Baptist Convention reps who surveyed Haiti last week will meet to finalize plans for short and long term involvement in Haiti.
